Job Description :
- To look after the international hotels booking, handle international package and coordinating with clients for their packages.
- Managing complete operations of groups/fit package.
- Providing updates to management regarding operations and team performance and issue, if any.
- Conducting product presentation to the team or destination update etc. product experience within the travel industry with a proven ability of negotiating contracts with suppliers.
- Responsible for identifying the most suitable product to use for the companies flights, packages, tours and sometimes locations.
- Good relationship with the entire international supplier’s DMC.
- Itineraries preparation & costing.
- Hotels & Airlines reservation with the direct airlines & car coach booking.
- O convert prospective clients into buyers with help of effective communication, extensive product knowledge.
- To look after all travel needs including leisure groups completely including negotiating tour suppliers for the group rates.
- Managing complete operations of groups.
- Conducting product presentation to the team for destination update etc.
- Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches
- Group expert in worldwide.
