Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and machining centers.
- Load raw materials and secure workpieces in machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Input, adjust, and monitor machine programs and settings.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools.
- Basic understanding of G-code and machine programming.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/ITI or equivalent.
- Technical or vocational training in machining/CNC operations preferred.
- Previous experience operating CNC equipment is often required.
- Knowledge of machining materials such as metals and plastics.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
