The Marketing & Business Executive is responsible for promoting the school, increasing student admissions, building relationships with parents and the community, and supporting the school's overall growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Admissions Support
- Promote the school to increase student admissions.
- Handle parent inquiries and provide information about school programs.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents and students.
- Maintain admission records and follow up with interested parents.
- Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing activities for the school.
- Manage school promotion through social media, website, and local advertising.
- Coordinate with design teams for brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
- Organize campaigns to increase school visibility in the community.
- Relationship Management
- Build good relationships with parents and the local community.
- Coordinate with local organizations, preschools, and institutions for partnerships.
- Attend educational fairs, community events, and promotional activities.
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to increase student enrollment.
- Suggest marketing strategies to improve the school's brand image.
- Assist management in planning growth and expansion strategies.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and admissions.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities and admission trends.
- Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Google tools).
- Ability to interact confidently with parents and visitors.
- Basic understanding of marketing and promotions.
- Organized and proactive approach to work.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, admissions, or customer relations preferred of school.
