Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, etc.).
- Research target markets, companies, and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect and sales activity data.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to propose suitable solutions.
- Support proposal creation, pitch preparation, and follow-up activities.
- Track KPIs including outreach, conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, SDR, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is preferred.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, software sales, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Familiarity with international client communication.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification frameworks.
