We are seeking an experienced Architect to take proactive ownership of architectural building designs and master planning for industrial, pharmaceutical, and FMCG facilities. The ideal candidate will act as a Discipline Lead, managing multiple tasks concurrently and leading detailing parts independently with minimal engineer supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Master Plan for Industrial sites inclusive of Site analysis, site zoning, accessibility, statutory requirements, and safety
- Develop Architectural building design concepts for Industrial / steel buildings and office buildings
- Develop concept drawings, detailed drawings, statutory approval drawings, and construction drawings
- Prepare Technical specifications, Bill of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates
- Coordinate with inter-disciplines like Civil, Structural, water supply, drainage, site infrastructure, and MEP services for cut-outs and clash checking
- Provide dynamic site RFI clarifications and travel to job sites when project demands require it
- Responsible for quality checks and quality assurance during project review meetings and problem resolutions
Requirements
- 9+ years of architectural experience specifically in Pharma and FMCG/consumer goods projects
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree
- Advanced software expertise in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Lumion, and Navisworks
- Demonstrated knowledge of 3D model coordination and clash checking on the BIM 360 platform
- Proven working experience with US code, Euro code, and Indian code detailing standards
- Well versed in General Arrangement (GA) drawings preparation for RCC and steel buildings
- Hands-on experience detailing process/non-process buildings and warehouse projects
- Strong English communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
