We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Education Counsellors with strong communication and sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding international study opportunities.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into enrolled students.
- Maintain records in CRM systems and update student information.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Guide students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for applications and documentation.
- Meet monthly conversion targets and performance KPIs.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and workshops.
