- Support student success initiatives and onboarding activities.
- Assist students with admission and program-related queries.
- Maintain customer success databases and interaction records.
- Coordinate with academic teams for student support services.
- Monitor student satisfaction and feedback.
- Support retention and engagement initiatives.
- Provide timely resolutions to student concerns.
- Achieve assigned customer success targets.
- Prepare customer success performance reports.
- Ensure positive student experience throughout the learning journey.
- Additional duties which would be related to any digital marketing and promotional work, if required
- Any other duties as directed, commensurate with the scope and classification of the position

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
