Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate antenna design and development projects in the Design Department. The role involves managing project timelines, cross-functional coordination, technical follow-ups, resource planning, and ensuring successful execution of RF and antenna development activities.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Plan, execute, and monitor antenna development projects to ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate with design, RF, mechanical, testing, production, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
* Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
* Budgeting, material planning, and cost monitoring for projects.
* Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
* Ensure technical documentation, design records, and project reports are maintained properly.
* Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand technical and project requirements.
* Identify project risks, delays, and technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
* Support prototype development, validation, testing, and product improvement activities.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and organizational procedures.
* Coordinate with vendors and external agencies whenever required for project-related activities.
* Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure effective project flow.
Required Qualifications:-
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in project coordination or project management in electronics/RF/antenna/product development industries.
* Good understanding of antenna development processes, RF concepts, and electronic product lifecycle.
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools, and technical documentation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
