Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
- Develop concept designs, layout plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Review contractor drawings and material specifications.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and design optimization.
- Maintain project documentation and design records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, construction, or architectural consultancy.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and building codes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
