We are seeking a creative, patient, and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to guide our youngest learners through a critical stage of their development. In this role, you will design and implement a play-based, academically enriching curriculum that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction: Plan, deliver, and execute age-appropriate lesson plans covering foundational literacy, numeracy, science, and social skills.
Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and mutual respect.
Student Assessment: Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior, and social development; maintain accurate records of progress.
Parent Communication: Collaborate and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's achievements and milestones.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate with NTT/ECCE/Montessori or related field
Experience: Proven experience working with young children in a structured school or daycare setting.
Skills: Strong communication in English , interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a deeply patient and empathetic personality.
