Understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration points.

Ability to work closely with technical teams (developers, IT staff) to implement and support solutions.

Project Management:

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage projects efficiently.

Ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure tasks stay on track.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.

Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.

Solution Design:

Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.

Configuration and Customization:

Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs.

Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required.

Integration:

Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).

Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.

Implementation:

Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
