Inventory & Store Management
· Maintain accurate inventory of, trims, accessories, packing materials, chemicals, and finished goods.
· Ensure proper inward and outward movement of materials.
· Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum/maximum inventory norms.
· Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Material Receipt & Inspection
· Verify received materials against PO, challan, and invoice.
· Coordinate with QC team for incoming material inspection.
· Ensure proper tagging, binning, and storage of materials.
Material Issue to Production
· Issue materials to cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing departments as per requisition.
· Maintain issue registers and ERP entries.
· Track material consumption and wastage.
Documentation & Record Keeping
· Maintain GRN, stock register, inward/outward records, gate pass, and inventory reports.
· Update ERP/software entries accurately on a daily basis.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordination
· Coordinate with procurement team for material planning.
· Work closely with production planning team to avoid material shortages.
· Support audit and compliance activities
