Job Description:
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented ELV Engineer to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Position Responsibilities

ELV System Knowledge (FAS, PAS, ACS, CCTV, BMS, Aspiration & GSS.

Prepare Design basis report and Technical specifications.

Estimation & Preparation of BOQ.

Design Calculation for ELV Systems.

Preparation of Schematic for ELV System.

ELV system Layouts Coordination with other disciplines.
-
Preparation of Technical bid analysis.
-
Review and approval of Vendor document and drawing review, including shop drawings.

Prepare and coordinate with the designer to create System Architecture for ELV systems.

Interdisciplinary coordination with Architecture, Electrical, HVAC & FPS teams to integrate ELV systems.

Ensure all designs adhere to local and international codes, standards, and as per project requirements.

Attend 3D Model review meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BE in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Experience working on iBMS.

Preferred to have experience in DC & LS projects.
