Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive/HR Generalist with 4–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will support talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data with the payroll team.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and HRIS updates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate training and learning initiatives based on organizational needs.
- Support HR audits and ensure timely documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
