Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. The candidate will handle banking activities, documentation, office maintenance coordination, stationery purchases, and overall supervision of office premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, withdrawals, document submissions, and other banking-related work.
- Assist with office documentation, filing, photocopying, and record keeping.
- Purchase stationery, office supplies, and other required materials.
- Monitor stock of office supplies and inform management about replenishment needs.
- Ensure proper locking and securing of the office after employees leave.
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of office premises.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair work with technicians, labourers, and service providers.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Assist management with errands and miscellaneous office tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Prior experience in office administration or assistant roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible in handling office duties.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM
Age Preferred: Above 40 yrs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
