Position: HR Recruiter / Executive – Talent Acquisition
Location: Secunderabad, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Managing candidate communication and offer follow-up
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and HRMS records
- Supporting employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Eligibility
✔ 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (HR Recruiter)
✔ Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR)
✔ Male/Female candidates can apply
✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), and digital hiring tools
