Objective: To support sales team by providing leads ensuring 100% of the target achievement.
Main responsibilities:
Market research and analysis of potential industry market segments.
Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls to persuade them to purchase companies products and services.
Update & maintain calling sheet with customer details and calling status.
Send mail regarding product description and product white papers to prospects.
Follow-ups over the phone and mails with prospects to book an appointment.
Assign meetings to sales team, send meeting calendar and share respective customer contact details with concerned sales account manager.
Take meeting status from the concerned sales account manager.
Log all lead and meeting related data and status in meeting status sheet.
Focus and strive to achieve the given meeting target.
Close small hardware & software deals and strive to achieve the given monthly bottom line target.
Send daily report to inside sales team leader
Develop email, calling & EDM campaign strategy and plan jointly with Sales account Managers to identify weekly activity, target accounts, lead generation strategy. Attend product trainings arranged internally and by OEM and continuously do a self-study so as to have detailed knowledge of the company’s products and surrounding market
