We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via outbound calls to collect outstanding payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payment recovery.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within company guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Requirements:
- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales can apply.
- Kannada speaking is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
