Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Technical Assistant to join our growing solar energy team. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates holding an ITI or Diploma who want to build a career in the renewable energy sector. If you understand basic technical/electrical processes, own a bike, and are ready to work on the field, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Field Support: Assist senior engineers and technicians with the installation, maintenance, and site surveying of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
- Basic Technical Operations: Handle basic electrical wiring, structural assembly, and tool management under supervision.
- Site Visits: Travel to various client locations and project sites daily for inspections, material delivery, or routine maintenance checks.
- Documentation: Help maintain basic on-site reports, checklist updates, and log client requirements.
- Material Coordination: Safely transport or coordinate small component movements to site locations using your vehicle.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: ITI (Electrician / Wireman / Electronics / Solar) or Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering).
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
- Mandatory: Must possess a valid Driving License and a personal Two-Wheeler (Bike) for daily field travel.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of technical, electrical, or solar installation processes.
- Ability to read basic electrical diagrams or measurements is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn on the job.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work on field sites and outdoor environments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
