Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-focused Telesales Executive. The candidate should have experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
Your main work will be calling potential clients, explaining our advertising services, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients across North India
- Generate and qualify leads for outdoor advertising services
- Explain services like hoardings, LED screens, bus branding, and unipoles
- Regularly follow up with clients
- Maintain call records and lead details
- Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets
- Build good and professional relationships with clients
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Graduation in any stream
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / BDE
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Experience in outbound calling
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
