Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Banking & Export Documentation Executive with strong expertise in EDPMS, DGFT, export documentation, and foreign trade compliance.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing export transactions, coordinating with banks, ensuring timely documentation closure, and handling regulatory requirements under RBI and DGFT guidelines.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand export operations, banking compliance, and international trade documentation processes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor export transactions through the EDPMS portal
- Coordinate with banks for export documentation, realization, compliance, and transaction closure
- Handle BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate) processing, reconciliation, and follow-ups
- Work extensively on the DGFT portal for export applications, documentation, and compliance activities
- Ensure timely submission, tracking, and closure of export documents as per RBI and DGFT regulations
- Liaise with internal departments, banking partners, and stakeholders for smooth export execution
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and regulatory documentation
- Monitor export timelines and ensure compliance with applicable foreign trade policies
- Support audits and documentation reviews related to export transactions
- Stay updated with RBI regulations, DGFT policies, and export compliance changes
Required Skills & Competencies
- 5–8 years of experience in Banking, Export Documentation, Foreign Trade, or Export Operations
- Strong hands-on experience in EDPMS and export realization processes
- Working knowledge of BRC processing and reconciliation
- Expertise in DGFT portal operations and export compliance activities
- Good understanding of RBI guidelines related to export transactions
- Strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and record management skills
- Ability to manage multiple export transactions efficiently
