Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical assistance to customers, distributors, and field service technicians via phone, email, or on-site visits.
2. Identify and resolve technical issues related to the automation machinery equipment (clean room)
3. Perform on-site service and repair scheduling of automation equipment including installation and maintenance.
4. To manage a training session for customers, distributors, and technicians on product operation, maintenance, and repair.
5. Documentation and maintain accurate records of technical support, service, and repair activities.
6. Work closely with sales, manufacturing, and technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve equipment performance.
7. Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
8. To deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs with the team with 24/7 on-call support service.
9. To manage the inventory list of maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
10. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering or Project Management or any related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strongly with Microsoft office knowledge.
- Ability to manage the customer service and have good communication skills and technical support.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently.
- Ability of technical, time management and organization are an advantage.
- Able to travel to customer site project.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
