1.Site Execution
Supervise all construction activities from foundation to finishing stage
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor daily progress and report to project manager or client
2. Labour Management
Coordinate and manage masons, barbenders, carpenters, and helpers
Allocate daily work targets to each team
Monitor attendance and productivity of workers
3. Material Management
Plan and indent materials based on daily and weekly requirements
Ensure no material wastage on site
Verify material quality before accepting delivery
4. Quality Control
Check concrete mix ratios, cover blocks, rod spacing, and shuttering before every pour
Ensure plastering thickness, tile laying, and finishing meets standards
Identify and rectify defects immediately
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
