As a Business Development Executive at Manjiree Kulkarni Financial Services (MKFS), you will play a key role in driving the firm's growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients. The role involves proactive lead generation, relationship building, and supporting the conversion of prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through social media platforms, networking, referrals, and other outreach initiatives.
- Execute lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the consulting team.
- Assist in converting prospects into clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and consulting teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve client acquisition and overall business development efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and competitor activities.
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.
- Consistently maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
