VMC Milling Operator;
Experience: 1 to 3+ years operating CNC or VMC equipment (such as Fanuc or similar controllers).
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Align and secure workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools.
- Operation & Monitoring: Load G-code/M-code programs, run test cycles, and watch operations to spot errors.
- Quality Control: Use precision tools like micrometers and calipers to measure finished parts against blueprints.
- Adjustments: Change worn-out tools and update offsets or feed rates to keep parts within correct sizes.
- Maintenance: Do routine daily cleanups and basic preventive care on the machine.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
