We are looking for Hatchery Manager, to manage the overall hatchery operations, ensuring efficient incubation, hatching, chick quality, biosecurity, hygiene, manpower utilization, and achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage day-to-day hatchery operations from egg receiving to chick dispatch.
Monitor egg setting, incubation, hatching and chick processing activities.
Ensure optimum hatchability, fertility, chick quality and low mortality.
Monitor incubator and hatcher parameters including temperature, humidity, ventilation and turning.
Maintain proper handling, storage and sanitation of hatching eggs.
Ensure strict biosecurity, hygiene, sanitation and disease-control protocols.
Monitor hatchery performance through KPIs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
