Job Summary
Women Pride Hospital & IVF is looking for experienced and compassionate Nursing Staff to provide high-quality patient care in OPD, IPD, Labour Room, OT, IVF Centre, and Ward areas.
The candidate should have strong clinical skills, patient handling abilities, and a commitment to delivering safe and quality healthcare services.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
- Monitor and record patient vital signs.
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist in patient assessment and treatment procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
Ward & IPD Management
- Manage admissions and discharges.
- Coordinate with doctors regarding patient care plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards.
- Monitor patient progress and report abnormalities.
Labour Room & OT Support
- Assist doctors during deliveries and procedures.
- Prepare patients for OT and surgical procedures.
- Maintain OT protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Ensure proper handling of instruments and equipment.
IVF Centre Support (Preferred)
- Assist in IVF patient coordination.
- Maintain treatment records and documentation.
- Support fertility procedures as instructed by consultants.
NABH Compliance
- Follow hospital policies and protocols.
- Maintain nursing documentation as per NABH standards.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
EligibilityQualification
Experience
- Minimum 1 year hospital experience preferred
- Experience in Gynecology, Labour Room, OT, ICU, NICU, or IVF Centre will be an added advantage
