Job Summary
We are hiring Assistant Managers for a retail showroom in Pune. This is a leadership-track role where the selected candidate will be groomed to become a Showroom Manager at a location outside Pune within 12–18 months.
The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer engagement, retail operations, team development, and process-driven showroom management. Candidates must be open to relocation outside Pune as part of the growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and improve the customer journey to enhance conversions and customer experience
- Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups, engagement activities, and post-purchase interactions
- Train, mentor, and coach the sales team through regular feedback and role-play sessions
- Ensure showroom discipline through SOP adherence, 5S practices, and operational standards
- Monitor inventory management and stock movement
- Maintain daily MIS and CRM records for performance tracking and operational improvements
- Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives within showroom operations
- Support smooth day-to-day showroom functioning while maintaining high service standards
Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Retail / Jewellery / Luxury Sales
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
- Strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred
- Willingness to relocate outside Pune is mandatory
- Knowledge of jewellery and diamonds will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
