Role Overview:
Acts as a personal travel advisor, assessing client needs and preferences to recommend tailored travel options, accommodations, and itineraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Design and present personalized travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transport, activities).
- Provide advice on destination highlights, local customs, travel insurance, and climate.
- Handle bookings, issue travel documents, and process client payments.
- Resolve travel issues or emergencies that arise before or during trips.
