Focus: Ensuring all offshore grid assets (platforms, jackets, cables) comply with international standards (DNV) and national regulations (BSH/StUK) to secure the final Project Certificate.
Third-Party Management: Primary point of contact for the Independent Certifying Body (ICB). Manage the certification budget, schedule, and scope of work.

Observation Tracking: Monitor and close out Notices of Observation (NoOs). Ensure technical leads provide necessary evidence to clear certification hurdles.
Fabrication & Installation Oversight: Coordinate site surveys at global shipyards and offshore. Verify that "As-Built" reality matches the "As-Certified" design.
Handover: Compile the final Certification Report required for the formal handover to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) department and the National Regulator.
Technical Base: Degree in Engineering (Structural, Electrical, or Marine).
Standard Mastery: Working knowledge of DNV-ST-0145 and DNV-SE-0190.
Industry Experience: 5+ years in Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, or Maritime certification.
Key Skill: Interface Management—balancing the speed of the contractor with the strict requirements of the certifier.
