Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk operations.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage emails, courier services, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
- Maintain office files and basic administrative records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
