Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical components and systems while ensuring quality, performance, and manufacturability.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or Creo.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of product development and engineering standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 2D/3D mechanical designs and drawings.
- Develop product concepts and engineering solutions.
- Perform design analysis and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation.
