Job Description – Brand Manager
Experience: 5–8 Years (Healthcare preferred)
Salary: 7LPA-12LPA, Slight Negotiable.
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to strengthen and scale the Dr Care Group brands across digital and offline touch points. The role requires someone who can build a consistent brand identity, lead integrated campaigns, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our values and positioning.
The ideal candidate should combine creativity with execution excellence and have experience managing healthcare or consumer-facing brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
Define and maintain brand positioning across all channels.
Ensure consistent messaging across all business units.
Build long-term brand equity and recall.
Own the brand Visits
Own the Social Media presence
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns
Own the influencer campaigns
Lead seasonal, awareness, and disease-specific campaigns.
Develop launch campaigns for new clinics and services.
3. Creative & Content Leadership
Own creative direction for digital and offline campaigns.
Review creatives, messaging, and communication before release.
Ensure consistency in visual identity and tone of voice.
Drive high-quality storytelling across platforms.
4. Brand Governance
Develop and maintain brand guidelines & consistency
Review all marketing collateral for compliance with brand standards.
5. Offline Marketing
Retail and event branding
Coordinate with creative agencies and production partners.
Manage photographers, videographers, designers, and printers.
Ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
7. Customer Experience & Reputation
Monitor brand perception across digital channels.
Work with CRM and customer support teams to improve patient experience.
Track reviews and reputation management initiatives.
