Position: QC Manager
Experience: 12–14 Years (Sound knowledge of: EBM, IM, IBM,ISBM)
Qualification: B.Sc., B.Tech, PGD-PPT, CIPET (formerly CEPET), or equivalent
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QC Manager to lead our Quality Control function and ensure consistent product quality across all manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, expertise in quality inspection and testing processes, and hands-on experience in plastic processing and packaging industries.Key Responsibilities Lead & Manage the Quality Control TeamOversee a team of 25–30 quality control professionals.Provide guidance, training, mentoring, and performance management.Foster a culture of quality excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage Quality Control OperationsEstablish and monitor inspection and testing procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.Develop and implement quality control plans, standards, and inspection protocols. Ensure Product QualityMonitor critical quality parameters throughout manufacturing processes.Analyze quality trends and initiate corrective actions to reduce defects and improve process capability.Knowledge of secondary operations such as Wadding, Sleeving, and Printing will be an added advantage.Ensure compliance with customer requirements across FMCG, Food & Beverage, EMS, and Pharma sectors. Customer & Supplier Quality CoordinationHandle customer quality complaints and lead root cause analysis investigations.Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Coordinate supplier quality evaluations and incoming material quality performance.Lead and support customer audits and quality reviews. Quality Systems & ComplianceSupport and maintain compliance with:ISO 9001ISO 14001BRCGS Packaging StandardsSEDEX RequirementsEnsure inspection records, test reports, and quality documentation are maintained accurately. Data Analysis & ReportingUtilize quality tools and statistical techniques to analyze defects, trends, and process performance.Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and KPI reviews for senior management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Promote a Quality-Driven CultureConduct quality awareness and skill development programs.Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve process performance and product quality.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
