Job Summary
CADD Centre is seeking a highly disciplined and result-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager – Administration & Facilities to lead the organization's administrative, infrastructure, and facility management functions. The ideal candidate will be an Ex-Army, Ex-Navy, or Ex-Air Force professional.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administration and facility operations of the centre.
Oversee building maintenance and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure statutory compliance.
Oversee asset management, inventory, and procurement of office supplies.
Coordinate office renovations, repairs, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-control measures.
Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity through timely action.
Maintain administrative records, contracts, and facility-related documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Ex-Army, Ex-Navy, or Ex-Air Force personnel are strongly preferred.
3–8 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Facilities Administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
