Job Summary
The Store Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and finished goods. The role ensures accurate stock records, timely material availability, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Record all material receipts and issues accurately.
- Issue materials to production departments based on authorized material requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records using Tally and MS Excel.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), stock registers, and other store-related documents.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the reporting manager about shortages or reorder requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth material movement.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization within the store.
- Assist during internal and external inventory audits.
- Report damaged, excess, or obsolete stock to the reporting manager.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong learning ability may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
- Good understanding of inventory management and store documentation.
- Basic knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory control.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Working Conditions
- Manufacturing/Factory environment at Birgaon, Raipur.
- May involve handling materials, standing for extended periods, and supporting stock verification activities.
