We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role is for someone who has already worked on live campaigns and understands how paid ads work beyond the learning stage.
The person should be able to support and manage campaign execution, monitor performance, make optimization changes, coordinate with the internal team, and help improve campaign results across multiple client projects.
This is a good role for someone who has 1–2 years of practical experience and wants to grow further in performance marketing by working on different types of client accounts, industries, budgets, and campaign goals.
The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced agency environment, where multiple campaigns may be running on the same day across different clients. The person should be organized, alert, and comfortable handling regular campaign tasks without needing constant follow-ups.

Work on paid ad campaigns for multiple client accounts.

Manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation, eCommerce, traffic, and conversion-focused goals.

Set up campaigns with proper structure, targeting, budgets, creatives, ad copies, and tracking inputs.

Monitor campaign performance regularly and make optimization changes based on data.

Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, spends, CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.

Assist in auditing existing ad accounts and identifying gaps, issues, and improvement areas.

Support campaign planning based on the client’s business, budget, target audience, and objectives.

Coordinate with designers, content writers, developers, and project managers for campaign requirements.

Prepare clear performance updates and reports for internal reviews and clients.

Handle multiple campaigns and priorities on the same day without losing track of details.

Share practical suggestions to improve campaign performance, landing pages, and overall marketing funnel.

Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and platform policies.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid ads.

Working experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Experience in running lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.

Good understanding of campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, bidding, tracking, and optimization.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics, pixels, conversion tracking, and GTM.

Understanding of how paid ads connect with landing pages, leads, sales, and follow-ups.

Ability to read campaign data and take sensible optimization decisions.

Comfortable working in an agency setup or with multiple brands/clients.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and campaigns running together.

Clear communication skills for internal team coordination.
