Worldmove Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be responsible for managing client relationships, guiding them through visa and immigration processes, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with clients, documentation teams, and sales to ensure smooth case processing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Understand clients' immigration requirements and recommend suitable programs and services.
- Counsel clients regarding PR, Work Permit, or other immigration services offered by the company.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations/Case Management team after successful client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve client queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily work updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and communication standards.
