The Role
You’ll own projects from first estimate to final handover. We’re working on premium residences, commercial builds, and high-rise developments and we need someone who’s comfortable operating at that scale. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy.
What You’ll Do
Prepare detailed estimation and costing across project types for residences, commercial spaces, high-rises. Build accurate Bill of Quantities with complete item-level breakdowns. Lead site execution end to end quality, timelines, and safety. Work alongside architects, structural consultants, interior designers, and clients to ensure design intent carries through to construction. Manage contractors, labour, and materials across multiple active sites. Stay ahead of cost and schedule risks and course-correct early.
What We’re Looking For
Civil engineering background with solid experience in estimation, BOQ, and execution. Exposure to high-end residential, commercial, or high-rise projects. Strong grasp of rate analysis, quantity takeoffs, material specifications, and construction methods. Comfortable with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools. Someone who can run a site independently and take ownership of outcomes. Tamil and English fluency.
