Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service center operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve productivity targets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Ensure effective handling of repairs, warranty processes, and customer concerns.
- Track workshop performance, revenue generation, and operational KPIs.
- Implement company policies, safety standards, and process compliance.
- Drive business growth through customer retention and after-sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations, after-sales service, and team management.
- Excellent leadership, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
