Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop hydraulic systems for injection moulding machines and industrial equipment.
- Prepare hydraulic circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Select hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, and fittings.
- Perform hydraulic calculations and system performance analysis.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams during design and development stages.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic system issues and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with quality, safety, and industry standards.
- Support machine commissioning and testing activities.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Hydraulic, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in hydraulic system design for injection moulding machines, presses, or hydraulic equipment manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic circuits and components.
- Ability to read and create hydraulic schematics.
- Knowledge of CAD software is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
