Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Interior Draughtsman who is highly skilled in AutoCAD and can prepare detailed technical drawings for commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings as per design and site requirements.
- Prepare plumbing layouts and detailed plumbing drawings.
- Prepare wall elevations and sections.
- Prepare ceiling / reflected ceiling plans (RCP).
- Prepare flooring layouts and detailed flooring plans.
- Prepare furniture, partition, joinery and other interior detail drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP and site requirements.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and design changes.
- Prepare accurate working/shop drawings suitable for site execution.
- Ensure all dimensions, levels and technical details are accurate.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial interior drafting.
- Strong understanding of commercial interior construction and execution.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of plumbing, ceiling, flooring, partitions, elevations and sections.
- Experience in preparing detailed working/shop drawings.
- Commercial office, hospitality or retail interior experience will be preferred.
Urgent Requirement
We are hiring on an urgent basis. Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
