Job Summary
We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and professional 24-Hour Nanny to join our household team. This role requires providing dedicated, round-the-clock childcare during assigned 24-hour shifts. You will handle all aspects of daily care, maintain established routines, and provide overnight monitoring. Private accommodations and meals are provided during your shift.Duties & Responsibilities
- Full Daytime Care: Manage feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene routines.
- Overnight Supervision: Sleep in a designated area near the child, responding promptly to nighttime waking and soothing them back to sleep.
- Developmental Engagement: Plan safe, age-appropriate educational games, reading time, and outdoor activities.
- Nutritional Support: Prepare healthy meals, snacks, or formula/bottles, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines.
- Nursery Maintenance: Keep play areas, bedrooms, and kitchens clean. Handle child-related laundry and sterilize bottles/toys.
- Open Communication: Maintain a daily log of sleep schedules, feedings, and developmental milestones for the parents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny, newborn care, or babysitting experience
Pay: ₹8,948.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
