Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Junior Healthcare Case Manager to support patient care coordination and healthcare service delivery. The role involves regular interaction with patients, hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless care experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, diagnostics, hospital admissions, and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and families.
- Liaise with hospitals, doctors, laboratories, and healthcare partners.
- Track patient cases and ensure timely closure of requests.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
- Support healthcare operations and patient service delivery.
- Conduct field visits as and when required for patient support, hospital coordination, or operational activities.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, patient coordination, hospital administration, case management, or related roles.
- Graduate in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable with occasional field visits within Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
