About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HRMS Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation of HRMS software for clients. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, system configuration, client coordination, training, and ensuring successful deployment of the HRMS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end implementation of HRMS software for clients.
- Understand client requirements and configure the HRMS platform accordingly.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and process mapping discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Payroll, Support, and Development.
- Perform employee data migration, attendance setup, payroll configuration, and policy mapping.
- Provide product demonstrations, user training, and onboarding support to clients.
- Ensure timely project delivery and smooth client onboarding experience.
- Troubleshoot implementation-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain implementation documentation, project trackers, and client records.
- Support clients during Go-Live and post-implementation phases.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, Employee Lifecycle, and Compliance.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in HRMS/Payroll software implementation is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SaaS products and implementation lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience working with HRMS, Payroll, or SaaS platforms.
- Prior experience in client onboarding or implementation roles will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
