Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technology-driven Marketing Executive to promote our software products and IT services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software technologies, website management, digital marketing, and business development. The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively present technical solutions, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and market software products, web applications, and IT services.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, networking, and client outreach.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the software development team to provide suitable solutions.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn,Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms.
- The candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing KavinTech Corporation (Software & IT Services) and NS Convention Hall through both online and offline marketing activities, generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving business targets.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, product demonstrations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain customer relationships, follow up with prospects, and support the complete sales cycle.
- Track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with the latest software technologies, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
Technical Skills
- Create marketing materials, social media posts, brochures, and promotional content using tools such as Canva and Figma.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.
Qualification
- MBA (Marketing), or any equivalent qualification.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English with professional communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Mandatory
- Candidates must own a bike and possess a valid driving license, as the role involves regular travel for work.
- Excellent spoken and written English with professional communication skills.
