Job Title: Key Accounts Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 Am to 7:00 PM.
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Key Account Manager to strengthen and grow our strategic client relationships. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
● Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet business goals.
● Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives.
● Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
● Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product) to deliver customized solutions.
● Identify risks in client relationships and proactively address challenges.
● Mentor and guide junior account managers to build strong client engagement skills. Requirements:
● Experience: 6+ years in key account management, business development, or client servicing (preferably in Automobile.
● Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
● Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer success strategies, and account management practices.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
● Ability to handle multiple large accounts and travel as required
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
