A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and attend inbound inquiries.
- Explain immigration programs, visa categories, eligibility criteria, and consultancy services.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain leads through telephone conversations and follow-up activities.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients regarding documentation requirements and application status.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
