Salary: ₹4 LPA onwards (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Executive with a strong background in Project Logistics, Heavy Lift, Multimodal Transportation, Breakbulk Cargo, and Heavy Engineering Machinery. The ideal candidate should possess extensive operational knowledge of heavy cargo transportation and project execution while driving business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in project logistics, heavy lift, breakbulk, and multimodal transportation.
- Manage end-to-end project sales and operational execution.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
- Plan and execute transportation of oversized and over-dimensional cargo (ODC).
- Ensure timely movement of heavy engineering equipment through road, rail, barge, and multimodal transport.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimations, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate rates with transporters, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

- Hydraulic Axles & Modular Trailers
- Heavy-Duty Trailers
- Barges and Inland Water Transportation
- Road Movement Planning
- Route Surveys
- ODC Cargo Handling
- Package Dimension Planning (Minimum 100 Feet Cargo)
- Heavy Engineering Machinery Transportation
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Project Sales & Operations.
- Strong understanding of heavy cargo logistics and transportation planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Hindi
- Proficiency in the local language of the assigned region will be an added advantage.

- Strong network within the project logistics and heavy engineering industry.
- Proven track record in project sales and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
