We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong focus on lead generation and Odoo ERP services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth while expanding our client base in the ERP domain.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, social media, and industry events.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets, customers, and opportunities for business expansion.

Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, build relationships, and understand their business needs to offer tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at converting leads into long-term clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches that highlight the value of our services to potential clients.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that align with company goals.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align lead generation and sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Reporting: Monitor and report on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in IT/ERP domain)

Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and IT services selling

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Odoo ERP (Implementation / Customization / Sales)
